When I play with typography, I follow two principles: layering and scale. With these two words constantly guiding me through my creative process, I push myself to explore new colors, shapes and mediums. Here is a 16" x 16" piece using wood stain, paper, acrylic, vinyl, ink and color pencil on birch wood.
